Refund and Return Policy

We want to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery

Generally, on shipping of your order, you will receive a notification to your registered contact details, stating the details of the shipment and the service through which your order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services we engage offer tracking of orders, and you can track the status by visiting their websites. The details of tracking orders, if available, will be mentioned in the shipment notification sent from our end.

Orders will be confirmed and packaged for shipping by the end of three working days.

For shipping within India, any dispatched order is expected to arrive within 7 working days of the product being shipped.

Notwithstanding anything mentioned above, we do not guarantee delivery within specific timelines, as it is dependent on the shipment services. Delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather conditions;
  • Transportation delays;
  • Political disruptions; or
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails for updates.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable to you or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue, or goods incurred due to any delay in the delivery of orders.

In the event of a non-delivery due to a mistake by you (e.g., wrong name, address, or other incorrect information), any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

You agree to use the services provided by the site, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the site.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where requested. The company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and details provided by you. If, upon confirmation, your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), the company may reject the registration and debar you from using the services without prior notice.

You agree that you are transacting at your sole risk, using your best judgment before entering into any transaction through this site.

The delivery address you provide will be correct and accurate.

Before placing an order, you agree to check the product description carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale in the item’s description.


Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation by Site / Customer

As a customer, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or phone. In such cases, we will refund any payments already made. If we suspect fraudulent activity or transactions that defy the terms and conditions of the site, we may cancel such orders at our sole discretion.

Return & Refunds

Our return policy entitles customers to return products within 24 hours of receiving them if the product is damaged or broken. Photographs of the damage must be supplied via email.

Once we receive the damaged product and evidence, we will issue a replacement immediately.

We do not issue refunds or returns if the seal on the product jar is broken. No refunds will be issued after dispatch.
